I am considering purchasing a house with a tile roof and brick chimney and would like a pre-purchase assessment and ballpark estimate of any repair it may require before I proceed with making an offer.

Peter was very responsive, on time and very professional. No workmanship or cost to comment on, was an assessment of work needed on a property I did not ending up purchasing.
