Leaking roof repair

I have a concrete tiled roof. At the entrance to the house is a flat ledge approximately 1.5m x 1.2m. This ledge seems to be causing a leak in the house at the entrance when there is heavy rain. The down pipe seems to be clear and the guttering also seems quite clear. Need someone who will be able to identify the cause of the leak and the solution Cheers
