Fix roof to council consent

I am getting an outstanding Wellington City Council consent completed. I need an assessment report from an approved roofing installer on the installation and current condition of the iron roof of an area of flat roof and where it junctions with the original existing roof. This is to include any maintenance/remediation requirements. Also if this could be accompanied by a quote to be able to fix the roof to Wellington council consent requirements. The original consent was for Butynol membrane but this was not fitted at the time.
