Roof Replacement in week of 20 Jan or 26 Jan

We need the roofing above the 2nd floor section only of this house to be replaced with durable material, the old iron will need to be removed, there is also some old iron from the last roofing in the attic cavity that needs removing. We would also need building paper applied. Scaffolding will be in place during this period as we are getting some other re-cladding work on the outside East facing wall at this time, so if you choose to quote, this doesn't need to be included. Please look on Google Maps satellite view for the exact dimensions and view from above. I will be making a decision by this Monday evening 22 Dec, so please submit quotes as soon as possible. We also have a small shed (3.6 X 2 metres) that needs re-roofing with the same material. Please also include this in your quote. Thanks
