Hi, Our gutters are slightly broken in 2 places, resulting in a V shape gutters that accumulate water and do not drain it. then the water falls down from the cracks caused by this V shape. We need to get that fixed so the gutter do their job properly. We had the gutters cleaned since the picture was taken but the structure is still the same.

Good communication, kept to schedule, final product looks fine but the cost for time spent and material used is very high.

"Unsure why this was such a problem for this client to understand. She felt after confirming step by step what was happening in the quote that ot was too expensive after the fact. After assessment of all the information we decided that there was no issue from our end what we quoted had been charged and paid for.
If you provide a Quote and the opposite happens and it takes twice as long, Which has happened now and then no one wants to pay any more for it. Same thing in my opinion."
