Roofing - Secure loose pressed metal tile and prevent bird access

2 small jobs on our roof: (1) A loose nail in the roof is allowing a pressed metal tile to flap about in the wind. Likely just needs to be nailed back down. (2) Near the loose tile birds are accessing the roof through a small gap where an eave meets another part of the roof. Needs some mesh or other blocking applied to stop them getting in. Accessing the roof is relatively easy via a balcony (from where the photo was taken) but the roof is steep and high off the ground. Keen to get this sorted asap. Flexible on appointment timing as we're generally working from home these days.
