Roof patching

Roof patching, removing external pipe, repair decayed timber, remove part chimney and replace with steel flue. See photos for explanations of work that needs to be done. An area of decayed (but now dry) timber in the attic as a result of the roof leaking where the pipe penetrates the roof needs to be addressed.
