Water has started leaking through two parts of a beam in my kitchen, through what I initially thought was just a crack in the paint and some wear and tear caused by the pantry door. After this weeks rain, some water has built up underneath the paint on the side of the beam. I have not been able to look at the roof space immediately above the kitchen. I purchased the house earlier this year, and had the roof rustguarded and repainted. House was built in 1973, Kitchen was remodelled in 2003. I don't know how old the current roof is. I would like to get the source of the leaking water sealed so that no further damage is done.

I was very happy to get my leaky roof fixed so quickly in mid-winter, all done within a week of first contact.
