Clean, de-mould, fix/replace broken tiles and re-coat. Scaffolding or harnessing system required. House square footage approx 160m square, but I believe this includes downstairs floorspace. Ideally work would begin about the 17th of June - with tidying/cleaning/waterproofing then coat in the warmer weather.
