Concrete tile roof repairs

The house was built in the 1940s. Some of the concrete roof tiles are cracked and need repointing. Repair work to the tiles is also required around the chimney as there is dampness on the interior wall next to the fireplace. Also need an assessment of the condition of the remainder of the roof.
