The 1940’s type clay tiled roof is in average overall condition. Some roof tiles have cracked and will need replacing. There is heavy lichen on many areas of the roof which will need treating asap. There is repointing work required at many roof and flashing junctions. The Clay tiled roof has become porous over time and is showing heavy moisture to the underside of the roof tile so will need resealing or replacing. Offers to repair or replace the roof will be considered.
