1. Replace front entrance porch tin roof - remove existing rotten roofing iron and check for deterioration in the timber structure below (replace any members necessary) 2. Replace carport tin roof- Replace the badly rusted and holed sheets. Also the full length head flashing. Attend to the wall apron flashing.
