A join in the guttering is leaking and needs repairing. A gutter clean out would also be handy as part of the job (I've been up there and it's reasonably tidy actually, just some sand and small gritty run off from the concrete roof tiles). Also see my other guttering job 'Rolleston Gutter Repairs'.
