Repair roof by skylight, replace roof screws, clean guttering

House in Huia Road, Hataitai - Skylight needs to be cleaned, moss is trapping water. Lower flashing is loose and there is no secondary seal on the underlayment. The wind blows the flashing up and water gets in. Many screws are missing - at least 50 - resulting in holes into the roof space. Guttering chocked and mossy.
