Spouting extension - quick & easy

I need a small piece of spouting work undertaken as follows: The job involves capping off one side of an outlet T and adding a 400mm long horizontal extension to the other side of the outlet T. The horizontal extension piece should have outlet holes cut into the bottom to allow water to drain out evenly across the roof. The job can be done at any time to fit in. See attached picture for more details.
