I want to cap the top of the chimney, as we do not use it and want to cover over one o the fireplaces inside the house. We don't want to remove the chimney should we wish to put in a gas fireplace in the future. The roof is a double story house with terracotta clay tiles. There is no drive on access (we are up steps off the road) but there is flat ground around the house.
