Some years ago a first floor wall was pushed out to the roof line so a small sub-roof was built to cover the extension. It's about 1 meter by 3 meters. This is now leaking into the room. Not quite sure what is happening as you need a long ladder to get to it. Can't tell what the sub roof is made of (main roof is concrete tile) but it is quite flat.

Proposed a comprehensive solution to a leak issue. Wasn't cheap but I have confidence in it. Felix was right on the job. Would use again.
