Fix cracked spouting and downpipe

We have two cracked areas on our spouting that need replacing. 1) a cracked down pipe (Ground floor accessible from the a standard sized ladder) 2) a cracked area or spouting that needs replacing (will need a tall ladder to access this, it's on the ground floor but land slopes so it's a bit higher)
