Roof repair

My concrete tile roof needs looking at - it's possible that only one side (the south side, facing the road) is in need of work (roof leaks during severe southerly gales) but I'm not sure whether it is best to do it all at once or whether it can be done in stages. I'd like an opinion of what my options are, but it might be that I need to delay the work until next summer for financial reasons, depending on what the best option is. So it's really a quote and an idea of my options at the moment that I'm after.
