I own a garage that is attached to another garage. My garage roof leaks badly and I’m sure will require a reroof however I only want this undertaken on my half of the garage. I am close to the beach so the garage is exposed to the elements.

Job was done prior to when we had agreed which meant the car was in the garage during the works. Communication was via email only and even thou dates of being away were confirmed via email the works took place regardless. Workmanship is great thou.
