Leak coming into the house. I think I've located area of concern. Appears to be where the a pole enters the house holding the sky dish. Likely to be a broken clay tile, could be lifted from wind, flashing may be broken. I've listed as a small job but maybe bigger if I'm wrong on where the water is coming in.

Fast response. Turned up to quote and was able to fix on the spot so went ahead. Felix is friendly and passionate about his work. He did a few little extras whilst he was on the roof but didn't add any cost onto the initial call out fee.
