Roof Spec: Thermatek drainage matt on Covertek 407 self-supporting underlay Roofing Material: Calder Stewart Colorcote Eurotray Rollcap ZR8 0.55 BMT on 12.5mm Square edge DD grade H3.1 LOSP treated Ply substrate ( builder will install ply for roofer). Alternative roofing Product: Steel and Tube have Euroline, battenlok. Steel and Tube have siad that as it is short runs and a small quantity they could do this out of flashing coil in iron sand Endura BMT 0.55. Allow to install 1 x velux roof window (client supplied) and flue to fire place penetrations and all other flashings (roofer to supply all flashings). There is good access from the back of the property. Site is Extra High Wind Zone. I expect the roof would be installed early to Mid-April this year. I would like to receive Quotes by 18th Jan.
