Re-roof 1949 art deco style house

We have a wooden art deco style house built in 1949 with a flat roof with parapets. It has been re-roofed in the past with long run iron. We need new flashings and a new roof either iron or membrane. There is a chimney from a log burner which comes up in the middle of the roof.There are three curved walls at the front of the house which would need curved flashings. The house is about 150 square metres.
