We would like to reduce the chimney above the roof down to below the roof level and fix the roof but retain the current flue (not shown in picture but it has replaced the chimney pot at the extreme right of the set of four) for woodburner which is used. We may also want to insert a flue for the open fireplace (currently it uses the chimney pot on the extreme left of the picture). The roof is corrugated metal and the house is a two storey (at front) wooden villa (three storey at back). Access is good - down some shallow steps from the road with double garage parking at road.

** see adherence to schedule *******- it won't allow me to leave this incomplete. There was a misunderstanding about how much of the chimney was to be removed (ie to roof or ceiling level) When this was realised he offered to return so that I was satisfied with the result. He is scheduled to do this soon
