Workmanship is great. Tina and Richard know their stuff and seem to be quite experienced and knowledgeable. To date I have no issues with the actual work. There were a couple of minor things that needed rectification and the team attended to those and got it sorted. The team responds promptly on emails, could be a bit more responsive on texts and calls. The work schedule is one area where these guys can do better. They seem to have a lot on and it hard to get a timeframe or deadline.
