Leak in the top Porch ceilings

We have leak in the porch ceilings and attached pictures but i want some experienced person to have a-proper look at it and get me a quote for a proper repair to the leak. Also when i checked the top roof and i can see there are some screws missing in the roof metal parts, might be that but i am not sure. Thanks,
