Cliff View Drive house

You need to fix the leak in the concrete tiled roof. Started recently in the big rain. Looking at the top of the roof, there is a damaged tile, and evidence of the roof being repaired with cement - now dislodged. Probably also replace some tiles, possibly use cement or silicon? I have also had a look inside the roof - now sign of daylight and tiles generally looked OK. So comes down to your experience to work out where the leak is . coming from. Access to the roof is easy (one story) Access inside is OK.
