Previous owners reroofed the carport side of a joint Garage -carport. I note old iron weighted down with blocks above the garage, and a leak in heavy rain. Want new roofing over garage before timber truss is affected. Single Garage is concrete block walls with flat timber (gentle slope) roof frame. Possible gutter addition if appropriate.
