Roof leak patching
Job description
I have a tenant complaining about dark, moist patches forming in the ceiling. Indicitive of a roof leak I need you to trace the leak(s) and patch as you see fit. I will be quotes so please organise a viewing with the tenant directly, then provide me with a quote for all the work required.

WARNING - Sent him for looking at a moist spot on the ceiling. He went to have a look and patched the roof but the tenant said that there were new leaks. He literally caused more damage to the roof! Earlier on, to guarantee a fix, he boosted the quote price from $250 to $600 (asked to pay $300 upfront before any work). Then he goes and cuts all communication once he's done - avoid phone??!! The new roofer charged me to undo Marks work as he said it was just Duck Taping leaks! Ran off with $300!!

"Hi this lady was very hard to deal with, i fixed the leak i was contacted to do. I then went back a week later and fixed another leak in a different location. when the third leak in a different place sprung up. I tried to explain that for $300 i could not keep coming back for every new leak. The tape used was $100 for 10m special purpose tape. Also she doesn,t say what the roofer charged. I suspect it would have been price of new roof. which was what was needed."
