Replace wood wall cap with metal roof and check for damage

The house was renovated 9 years ago and an external wall section was completed with a wood cap. The wall is primarily a fake external wall created for privacy but does connect to some interior spaces. The timber cap is deteriorating and needs to be replaced with a metal covering solution. I fear that there may be water damage inside the wall and if found, this will need to be addressed. This job may also require a builder to deal with interior wall cladding replacement.

The work as assessed and a solution found quickly. A temporary fix was put in place while a new metal cap was manufactured. The workmanship on the final roofing cap is excellent and it looks great. The workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend this team as they were very helpful and knowledgable and completed the job on time within the timeframe we agreed.
