Flashing Fastening

On one corner of our roof the flashing seems to be the source of a very loud vibration noise that happens only when the wind comes from a certain direction. We would like to try adding more screws through the flashing into the fascia/bargeboard to try to stop the noise. We have the screws. The roof is an easy single slope and access isn't difficult, we just can't do roof work ourselves. We are not asking for a guaranteed solution to the noise problem! As long as the screws are put in where we want them - unless the tradesperson has a better idea - that's all we expect. We don't see it taking more than half an hour on the roof.
