Corrugated Iron Roof on approx 100sqm property - property is 45 years old, most of the roof needs a light sand, seal and paint, but some rust spots around flashings need treatment, or possibly replacement. Needing a quote to paint and recommendation on whether flashings have some durability or need replacement. photos show areas of rust.

The tenants tell me the roof looks great! I haven't seen the job myself yet, but am happy with the tenant feedback. Gibby was very easy to deal with and I would happily use his services again.
