Insurance assessment to establish reason for leak

My concrete tiled roof leaked in the heavy rain last week and water was coming through the screw holes for the ceiling guard for my fireplace flue into my lounge. Insurance have told me I need to sort out roofer to do assessment and repair before they'll come in to do the rest. Roofers I've spoken to aren't available until January but I'd like this sorted before then.

Excellent communication. Yuri was great with my insurance company and explained things to me so I could understand. Highly recommend. I plan to contact Yuri regularly for continued roof maintenance.
