Required: Individual quotes to each owner for: -Chemical cleaning of roof ie anti moss and lichen with no requirement to climb on roof tiles and no pressure washers. -Visual inspection of roof to identify loose or broken tiles with cost to fix and/or replace. -Gutters to be cleaned
