23 year old detached property in Gulf Harbour. Pitched felt shingle roof. I have noticed a short row of tiles have become dislodged. I would like experts in this roofing material to do an assessment of the state of the roof, identify any work needed and quote for this (with evidence to support your assessment). I also have a balcony that is surfaced in a butynol membrane. It appears sound, but the warranty was for 20 years so I want that checked too.

Free metal fascia (removal)

Tin roof replacement on smallish garden shed

Old roof on shed is rusted and needs replacing. Walls look ok. New roof will need to be painted in one colour ( dark grey ) and if possible the rest of the shed in white. Ideally paint needs to be of the long-lasting kind that can withstand very hot sun from the front but the back is south-facing.

Roof Repair for Small Leak (Not Metal Roof) #2

The roof is not a metal roof, its a tile roof. Have a small leak in garage roof. I'm not sure if I have fixed it and would like to be reassured that it is fixed. The image on the garage roof shows roughly where I thought I had the issue. The image in the garage shows the water stain (can just about make it out), and an indent where I have pushed up into the middle of the water stain.
