2 bedroom unit with attached garage has Decramastic tiles that due to age and wear need to be removed and a new roof put in place. Prefer Coloursteel but am open to guidance from roofer. Need a contractor who is in the area as previous ‘roofer’ made the problem worse then decided Orewa was ‘too far from Auckland’ for them to continue.

Great team that did an amazing job with excellent clean-up. Roof looks beautiful and did a good job this past week with all the rain we had. Only wish communication via Office was better. For instance, it would have been nice to know when the scaffolding was going up so cars could be moved etc. Would definitely recommend Richard and his lovely team to any one needing a new roof.
