Small Hole Roof repair

A tiny hole has been noticed by the inspector doing a builders report on our house for sale. We would like this patched/repaired in time for sale. The ceiling cavity can be accessed form inside the house. The roof is a concrete tile on an older 2-storey ex state house. See photos

Excellent workmanship. Very good at communicating. I advertised late Thursday, we arranged a time for Monday for a quote and work completed on Tuesday. Very happy with how easy everything was. Will definitely use again
