Paint half the roof

The front of our house faces west and is hammered by the sun. The roof has started to fade so we want this part repainted. Other reasons we only want this part done - it can be seen from the road whereas the back can't and access would be easier, hopefully no scaffolding. The part I want painting is to the left of the yellow and can be accessed from the deck. It's in preparation for selling at some point so looking for a cost effective job.

We'd like to get a couple of small jobs done. From the builders report for selling our home. "Some of the roof screw fixings have missed the timber purlins below. Recommend installing additional fixings where needed or a different type of screw can be used to secure the flashing to the iron." AND "There are gaps in the ridge cap joins but the lap below is large. This can be sealed and secured to improve the detail."

(2) There is hole in one of the channels, which has been temporarily sealed. I am going to get my roof repainted. It's made of corrugated iron (color steel). Before doing the repaint I need : -some rust cut out and the iron patched or replaced. (two places) -A sky Ariel removed. There is also a second Ariel that needs to be taken down. - one vent cut down and covered. It was for a gas heater that is no longer used. - The air vent over the toilet has leaked previously. This needs to be look this over.
