Replace existing corroded and rusted flashings. (2x barge flashing & 1x ridge flashing) with marine grade Colorsteel. As there possibly might also be rust on the roof, that needs to be checked as well please and included in the quote. We're a coastal property hence the need for the best material to mitigate future rust.
