Ceiling in one bedroom was dripping with water. Touched the ceiling lightly and made a hole on it. It was raining heavily last night. Need it checked plus from building report, the ff needs to be done: 1. correct installation of large washered Tek screw fixings with the correct corrosion resistant rating for roof 2. Treatment of Lichen on roof exterior

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Reece was prompt with answering any questions I had. Would contact again but hopefully just for routine maintenance. :)
