Leak in Roof

Hi there I supposedly have a leak in my (tile) roof. I say supposedly because I am not currently living in my house, however my mother says there is a leak. I have an old, unused wood burner in the lounge which has a chimney going up through the roof. Supposedly the leak is near/around the chimney. If the leak is not near the chimney, then please simply quote to repair the leak. If the leak is near/around the chimney, then quote to remove the chimney. Thanks Steve
