Re roof with 0.55mm Long run corrugated endura colour steel. Include removal of existing iron, new flashings, back trays. Allow for removal and renewal of textured sheet cladding adjacent to upstairs attic windows (and temporary removal of the 2 windows if needed) so flashing there can be renewed. One stove flue and 3 plumbing vents Also supply and fit replacement vented skylight 920 x 920. One Bay window has a flat sheet metal roof that also needs re roofing. I had some roofing quotes earlier this year but no one came back with a builders quote for the upstairs roof window flashing replacement. The church needs to know how much it may cost before proceeding.
