My east facing concrete tile roof is leaking slightly inside. It appears someone has attempted to repair this years ago by adding filler to the tiles but this would make the problem worse. Adjust tiles to minimise gaps. Replace those tiles that have filler (I have spare tiles). Repoint in places? Easy roof access via side balcony over plastic membrane-topped roof (but protection needed)
