Concrete Tile Roof Painting

We'd like to have our concrete tile roof sealed and painted. It's 1950's, some of the tiles are quite porous and will leak with sustained days of rain. We've replaced some cracked tiles and have access to more if additional cracked tiles are found. The back of the house is two stories off the ground, would suit harnesses for safety as scaff would be quite tight around the back. Aprox 120sqm
