Roof Replacement

Existing Decramastic roof to be replaced with new long run inclusive of flashings and underlay. Chimney repairs, rerender and flashings. Single story property at front. Sloping to rear of property (about 1.5 storeys) 100m2 area simple pitch roof with extension to car port. Note: Original long run roof is still under Decramstic tiles. Unclear if Decramastic tiles contain asbestos although tiles are pretty much bear and have been coated with paint over the years. Contractor is to dispose of tiles. Soffits in reasonable condition (i.e. no work) some fascia's are decayed and may require repair. Happy to discuss this. Expect rainwater goods to be removed and reinstated. Quotes required for comparing replacement vs recoating options. Right cost will look to progress work 2024.
