Hi! We have a corrugated metal roof that has leaked a few times. It's a three bedroom, probably 120sqm or so. There's a main house, with a small bedroom extension, the roof is continuous between these sections, but he extension is the rustier bit you can see in the pictures- was apparently done at a different time, and likely from a different grade of metal (seems thinner, maybe?) There's also a kind of odd hollow art-deco facade at the top of the pitch and along one side of the house. We have patched the roof in places but would love a roofer to come assess the situation and give us a quote. Do we need to replace the whole roof? Thank you in advance.
