Re-roof needed on Tin roof

We are needing a re-roof done on our small stand alone house in Birkenhead. We have discovered that the building paper is in the incorrect part of the roof (not between the iron and the pink bats, but in between the pink bats and the internal ceiling) and therefore the pink bats have soaked up the condensation and water and leaked through to the internal part of the house. We are also wondering whether we can reuse most of the iron we already have on the roof as it is actually in pretty good condition. But happy to discuss this
