Conservatory - Replace existing polycarb roof with low e glass/tinted polycarb.

Existing indoor conservatory with aluminium framing which is too cold in winter, too hot in summer, and sounds like being run over by a freight train when it's raining. We would ideally like to replace the roof framing/panels with new framing and low e glass to improve the heat and noise issues. But if this proves significantly more costly, we would be happy to just replace the polycarb with newer low e/tinted panels. There is also a small gap between the roof and the walls, which will need to be properly sealed as it allows a cold draft inside during winter.
