Fix sagging section of gutter

I have a small section (2-3m) of gutter that is sagging when it rains. Not sure if the U chanel guttering has just unclipped or if it needs more supports added. It's started to tilt and overflow when it rains. Gutter is on the 2nd storey of the house, beyond reach of your standard DIY ladder. Picture taken before it started to overflow. Looking for someone to quote and come out and fix it within the next week.
