We are currently getting insurance work done from the flooding earlier this year. We've been advised to get our roof checked for potential repairs prior to interior work being completed. We have 'Taylor' gutters and require additional overflows or downpipes installed to prevent future failure. Additionally, we'd consider getting new barge flashings to comply with current standards. Currently, the flashing covers one crest instead of two and we've had some internal water egress at the gable end as well as issues at the gutter. We have a simple corrugated gable roof of approx 100m2, constructed in the 90's.
